Southpark Seafood is proud to be a restaurant partner with Negroni Week for their 2017 event.

A portion of proceeds from all orders of a Negroni Cocktail will go to Water For People, a non-profit organization with the goal of bringing safe water and sanitation to four million people.

OUR SIGNATURE NEGRONI COCKTAIL:

SMOKI NEGRONI:

1 1/2 oz Mezcal, 1 oz Campari, 1 1/2 Dolin Sweet Vermouth, 1 oz scoop of House-made Grapefruit Campari Sorbet.

Stir with ice until well chilled. Strain into cocktail glass. Float scoop of sorbet. Enjoy!

We want to see communities break free from the cycle of poverty and spend time growing, learning, and thriving, instead of walking for water and fighting off illness. We’re working to reach Everyone Forever with safe water and sanitation.

Welcome to Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari. Negroni Week launched in 2013 as a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charities around the world. From 2013 to 2016, Negroni Week grew from about 100 participating venues to 6,000 venues around the world, and to date, they have collectively raised nearly $900,000 for charitable causes.

This year Negroni Week takes place from June 5-11, 2017, when once again, bar and restaurants will be mixing classic Negronis and Negroni variations for a great cause. To participate, each bar signs up at negroniweek.com, chooses from our list of recommended charities, and makes an immediate donation to that charity. They can also return during and after Negroni Week to make additional donations to their chosen charity. After Negroni Week is complete, we tally up how much was raised collectively by all of our participating bars, restaurants and partners.
